Wanting a light daily liver support blend: Ten actives at modest doses covering conjugation enzymes, glutathione precursors and the bile side amino acids, rather than one active pushed hard.
Already eating cruciferous vegetables: 400 mcg of sulforaphane and 25 mg of DIM are food scale amounts, in the region of what a couple of servings of broccoli or cabbage contribute.
Reacted badly to high dose DIM before: Nothing here is at a heroic dose, which is the point if 200 mg of straight DIM has left you headachy or queasy.

Look elsewhere if

Someone who came here specifically for DIM: A standalone DIM at 100 to 200 mg per capsule reaches the dose used in the research. This carries 25 mg a day.
Anyone who needs a real silymarin dose: A dedicated milk thistle standardised to 80 percent silymarin at 300 to 450 mg of silymarin a day, roughly three times what this provides.
Pregnant or breastfeeding: The label rules this formula out for both. A prenatal multivitamin is the daily bottle for that stretch.

What to expect

Nothing perceptible for most people. These are pathway nutrients, not stimulants or sedatives, and the label itself caps use at eight weeks without practitioner guidance. If anything shows up it tends to be mild stomach upset from the NAC in the first few days, which taking it with a meal usually settles.

How it compares

Compared with a standalone DIM capsule: Past the DIM you also get the downstream machinery: NAC and methionine for glutathione, calcium d-glucarate on the glucuronidation side, plus milk thistle and sulforaphane.
