What the research supports

Each capsule is 200 mg of organic milk thistle seed, half fermented, as whole seed rather than a standardized extract. The 60-capsule bottle lasts three weeks to two months.

Anyone adding a digestive bitter to meals: Dandelion root at 100 mg a capsule is a traditional bitter aimed at bile flow, which milk thistle by itself does not do.
People holding to organic and vegan throughout: Every herb in it is certified organic and the shell is pullulan starch rather than gelatin, with no isolates or fillers.

Look elsewhere if

Anyone wanting a research level silymarin dose: A milk thistle extract standardized to 80 percent silymarin, taken to reach around 420 mg of silymarin a day, is the only route to what the trials used.
Someone buying it for the turmeric: 100 mg of rhizome per capsule is not a curcumin dose. A standardized curcumin extract at 500 mg or more with an absorption carrier is.
Anyone with gallstones or a bile duct problem: Dandelion root pushes bile flow, which can make a blockage worse. That needs a conversation with a practitioner before you start rather than a self serve decision.

What to expect

It is honest to say you should not expect to feel anything from this. Milk thistle produces no perceptible sensation even at research doses, and this sits far below them. The part that can register is the dandelion root on digestion after a heavy meal, and that is a same day effect if it happens at all.
