Look elsewhere if

Anyone trying to conceive: The label rules this out explicitly, for both partners. Wait until you are past that stage, and use nothing with a fertility caution in the meantime.
Someone who wants testosterone to actually rise: Get bloodwork first, then fix the things with human evidence behind them: sleep, body composition, and vitamin D and zinc if either is low. Nothing in this formula has moved testosterone in a controlled trial.
Someone buying it for the curcumin: 200 mg of curcuminoids a day sits below the 500 to 2,000 mg used in joint studies. A dedicated curcumin with an absorption system delivers several times more.

What to expect

Do not expect to feel a hormonal shift, because nothing in this formula has produced one in a controlled trial. If anything is perceptible it will be the curcumin and quercetin working on general soreness, and that takes four to eight weeks at the full four capsules a day.

How it compares

Compared with a standalone standardized nettle root extract: This wraps the nettle in a wider stack aimed at estrogen metabolism and antioxidant load, with indole-3-carbinol, broccoli, quercetin and curcumin around it. The tradeoff: Nettle root here is about a third of the daily amount used in the trial it is known for, so if prostate comfort is the actual goal, a single herb product gives you three times as much of the part that was tested.
Compared with zinc and vitamin D on their own: Those two only matter if you are short of them, whereas this formula targets how the hormones you already make are metabolised.
