Why people keep reordering it

Covers the everyday basics
Fills the gaps a normal diet leaves behind, so your baseline nutrition is handled.
Active, bioavailable forms
Built with the forms practitioners actually choose, not the cheapest raw material.
Made for daily use
Gentle and consistent enough to take every day, long term.

Best suited to: menstruating adults who want iron included, people who want high b vitamin coverage, anyone wanting trace minerals actually covered.

What the research supports

One capsule twice daily, built around 16 mg of iron and a 75 mg B complex. 120 capsules lasts two months.

Studies use 15 to 20 mg of iron a day to rebuild low stores.

Low iron (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial)
Iron at 15 to 20 mg a day slowly rebuilds stores in someone eating too little of it. A confirmed shortfall usually needs several times this amount to correct.
Bone strength (evidence: strong, from randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis)
Vitamin D3 reliably raises the blood marker linked to bone strength, but 400 IU a day is a modest amount. The rise from a low starting point stays small.
Eye pigment (evidence: limited, from randomized controlled trial)
Lutein raises macular pigment at the 10 mg dose used in eye trials. This has 1 mg, too little to expect the same measurable difference.
Nutrient gaps (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial)
A broad multivitamin fills whatever a diet is missing, and people eating inconsistently reliably show fewer low blood readings for it. Whether that changes how anyone feels is far less consistent.

Is it right for you

Worth it if

Menstruating adults who want iron included
16 mg of iron as citrate across two capsules covers ordinary monthly losses without the much larger dose you would only take to rebuild depleted stores.
People who want high B vitamin coverage
75 mg each of thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide and pantothenic acid is several times what a standard one-a-day carries, alongside 150 mcg of B12.
Anyone wanting trace minerals actually covered
Selenium at 100 mcg, chromium at 100 mcg, molybdenum at 50 mcg and boron at 0.7 mg are amounts most general multivitamins leave out.

Look elsewhere if

Men and postmenopausal women
An iron-free multivitamin. Without regular blood loss there is no easy route to clear excess iron, and 16 mg a day adds nothing once stores are full.
Anyone pregnant or trying to conceive
A prenatal formula. Two capsules carry 2116 mcg RAE of preformed vitamin A, close to the 3000 mcg daily ceiling for adults, and prenatals deliberately keep preformed vitamin A far lower.
Someone buying it for eye support
A standalone lutein and zeaxanthin product at 10 mg and 2 mg, since 1 mg of lutein will not shift macular pigment.

What to expect

Riboflavin at 75 mg a day turns urine bright yellow, usually within hours of the first dose, and that is the only thing you will notice. If iron or a B vitamin was genuinely short, changes in energy show up over 6 to 12 weeks rather than days.

How it compares

Compared with a standard one-a-day multivitamin
B vitamins at 75 mg each rather than 5 or 10, 250 mg of vitamin C as Ester-C, and a trace mineral panel that runs down to vanadium and boron. The tradeoff: Two capsules with food instead of one, no magnesium or calcium at all, and only 400 IU of vitamin D, which is short of what most Canadians take through winter.
