Sisu Sisu - Only One, 90 tabs
Sisu Only One - A once a day multi vitamin and mineral supplement formulated to help the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Provides a full complex of vitamins and minerals to help you enjoy the best possible health. To function at an optimal level, our bodies need a wide range of nutrients. Modern lifestyles, stress and pollution deplete nutrients, and most diets, which are rich in refined and processed foods, do not provide us with adequate amounts of these nutrients. A superior quality multivitamin formulation is a convenient way to complement your diet with these nutrients.

Why people keep reordering it
- Covers the everyday basics
- Fills the gaps a normal diet leaves behind, so your baseline nutrition is handled.
- Active, bioavailable forms
- Built with the forms practitioners actually choose, not the cheapest raw material.
- Made for daily use
- Gentle and consistent enough to take every day, long term.
Best suited to: wants one tablet, not a six-capsule pack, eating erratically and running on coffee, already covers minerals with a separate bottle.
What the research supports
One tablet is a B complex multivitamin, each B vitamin dosed at 30 to 50 mg. 90 tablets is three months at one a day.
The B vitamins here run 30 to 50 mg, well above dietary requirements and typical of a B-forward multi. The minerals are token amounts rather than doses.
- Energy (evidence: strong, from human observational, mechanistic)
- Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and B6 are cofactors your cells need to turn carbohydrate, fat and protein into usable energy. Running low on any one of them measurably slows that process, and each is dosed here well above the adult requirement.
- Nutrient gaps (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis)
- Eating inconsistently makes it easy to fall short on one or more vitamins without noticing. Daily multivitamin use consistently lowers the rate of low blood levels for common vitamins, though it changes how people feel less reliably.
- Heart health (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis)
- Folic acid, B12 and B6 clear homocysteine, an amino acid that builds up in the blood when any of the three run short. This tablet's 400 mcg, 50 mcg and 30 mg doses match the combination shown to lower it.
- Bone strength (evidence: limited, from randomized controlled trial)
- Vitamin D needs a steady daily dose to build strong bone, and 500 IU is a small one. It makes only a modest difference over a Canadian winter, especially starting from a low baseline.

Is it right for you
Worth it if
- Wants one tablet, not a six-capsule pack
- The whole nutrient list fits in a single daily tablet, where comparable formulas commonly split it across four to six capsules.
- Eating erratically and running on coffee
- The 30 to 50 mg B range is the part actually doing work here, and those B vitamins are the cofactors that turn carbohydrate, fat and protein into usable energy.
- Already covers minerals with a separate bottle
- Its mineral amounts are small enough that adding it on top of a dedicated magnesium or zinc will not push anything past a sensible total.
Look elsewhere if
- Someone with low iron
- 4 mg a day will not move ferritin. A dedicated iron bisglycinate at 20 to 35 mg, taken with vitamin C and away from calcium, is what that job needs.
- Anyone counting on a multi for vitamin D
- add a separate vitamin D3. 500 IU is below the 600 IU adult baseline, and most people at Canadian latitudes take 1000 to 2000 IU through winter.
- Someone who wants a real magnesium dose
- a standalone magnesium bisglycinate or citrate at 200 to 350 mg. 50 mg of magnesium oxide is a small amount in the least absorbable form.
What to expect
Bright yellow urine within a few hours, every time. That is the 30 mg of riboflavin passing through and nothing is wrong. Past that, a multivitamin produces no sensation. If it is filling real gaps, the payoff reads as steadier day-to-day energy across four to eight weeks, not a lift on day two. Take it with food, since 50 mg of niacinamide and 150 mg of vitamin C can sit badly on an empty stomach.
How it compares
- Compared with a mineral-led multi taken four capsules a day
- One tablet instead of four, with a far stronger B complex behind it: 30 mg of B6 and 30 mg of riboflavin against the 2 to 5 mg a mineral-led formula usually carries. The tradeoff: You give up the minerals. 50 mg of magnesium oxide, 125 mg of calcium carbonate and 5 mg of zinc are placeholders rather than doses.
- Compared with a plain B complex
- Same generous B range, and you also get 150 mg of vitamin C, 500 IU of vitamin D3, 30 IU of vitamin E and a trace mineral base in the same tablet. The tradeoff: A dedicated B complex usually costs less per tablet, and the extras here are small enough that they should not be the reason you buy it.
