What the research supports

Each capsule is 600 mg of vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, built citrus-free unlike Sisu's other Ester-C capsules. The bottle of 120 lasts two to four months.

Collagen formation (evidence: strong, from randomized controlled trial, review): The two enzymes that build collagen from proline and lysine cannot run without vitamin C, so skin, cartilage and gum tissue cannot cross-link properly when intake falls short.
Antioxidants (evidence: limited, from randomized controlled trial): Quercetin needs to reach a certain blood level to have any measurable antioxidant effect, and human reports of that start around 500 mg a day, ten times the 50 mg in this capsule.
Immune response (evidence: limited, from randomized controlled trial): Human trials on larch arabinogalactan used gram-level daily doses over several weeks and found modest, inconsistent results even then, well above the 100 mg here.

People who react to citrus: There is no lemon, orange, mandarin or grapefruit peel anywhere in this formula, which is unusual for a bioflavonoid style vitamin C.
Sensitive stomachs on plain vitamin C: Calcium ascorbate is close to neutral pH, so a 600 mg dose does not arrive as acid.
Anyone wanting one capsule to cover the day: 600 mg in a single capsule already sits above the point where plasma vitamin C plateaus, so a second is optional.

Look elsewhere if

Someone buying it for the quercetin: 50 mg is a tenth of what quercetin studies have used. A standalone quercetin at 500 mg per dose is the honest way to get it.
Someone buying it for the arabinogalactan: The human work used 1.5 to 4.5 g a day, which means a powdered fibre scoop, not 100 mg tucked into a capsule.
Anyone with no citrus problem at all: A standard buffered vitamin C with citrus flavonoids delivers the same 600 mg for less, and comes in bottles twice this size.
