Sisu Sisu - Cool B50, 60 vcaps
Sisu Cool B50 - High potency, non-flushing B-Complex. The B Vitamins help provide the body with energy by converting carbohydrates into glucose. They are also essential for normal nervous system functioning, and for the maintenance of gastrointestinal muscle tone, as well as for the maintenance of healthy hair, skin, eyes, mouth and liver functions. Because B Vitamins are water-soluble, they must be replenished daily, especially during times of stress. Sisu Cool B50 is non-flushing, as Vitamin B3 is provided as Niacinamide, which does not cause the uncomfortable tingling and flushing that sometimes occurs with Niacin-based supplements.

Why people keep reordering it
- Active methylated forms
- B vitamins in the forms your body can put to use right away.
- Mood and hormone balance
- Supports healthy methylation, mood and hormonal rhythm.
- Energy at the cellular level
- Feeds the pathways behind steady, real energy.
Best suited to: people who go red on niacin, vegetarians topping up b12, someone already on a daily multivitamin.
What the research supports
One capsule a day delivers the classic B-50 spread, with 400 mcg of folic acid on top. The bottle lasts two months.
Studies use 0.4 to 5 mg of folic acid a day.
- Heart health (evidence: strong, from randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis)
- Folic acid, together with B6 and B12, clears homocysteine from the blood before it builds up. This capsule carries all three, with the folate doing most of the work.
- Tiredness (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial, observational studies)
- B12 keeps nerves and red blood cells working, and vegetarians often run short since it's mainly in animal food. This dose maintains levels rather than correcting a deficiency already underway.
- Energy (evidence: mixed, from randomized controlled trial)
- B vitamins are cofactors your cells need to convert food into usable energy. Topping up makes a difference mainly if you were running short to begin with.

Is it right for you
Worth it if
- people who go red on niacin
- the B3 is 50 mg of niacinamide, which does not set off the prickling heat that nicotinic acid produces at the same amount.
- vegetarians topping up B12
- 50 mcg of cyanocobalamin daily clears the 2.4 mcg adult requirement comfortably even though only a small fraction of an oral dose is taken up.
- someone already on a daily multivitamin
- at 400 mcg the folic acid deliberately leaves room under the daily limit for whatever the multi is already contributing.
Look elsewhere if
- anyone shopping for methylated B vitamins
- this is folic acid and cyanocobalamin. A complex built on L-5-MTHF and methylcobalamin is the buy if skipping those conversion steps is the point.
- someone correcting a genuinely low B12
- oral repletion is normally done at 500 to 1,000 mcg of B12 a day. 50 mcg is a maintenance amount and will take a long time to move a low reading.
- anyone counting on B vitamins for a lift they can feel
- if your intake was already adequate, no B complex changes your energy. Iron status, sleep and thyroid function are the things worth checking first.
What to expect
Bright yellow urine within a couple of hours. That is the 50 mg of riboflavin passing through and it says nothing about whether anything else is working. If a low B intake really was dragging on you, two to four weeks is the usual window for that to change. If it was not, you will feel exactly the same.
How it compares
- Compared with a two capsule B100 complex
- half the milligrams, which keeps B6 at 50 mg instead of at the 100 mg upper limit, and one capsule a day instead of two. The tradeoff: if you specifically wanted the higher B6 or pantothenic acid amounts, this is built not to go there.
- Compared with the B vitamins already in a daily multivitamin
- a multi usually carries 1 to 5 mg of most B vitamins. This is 50 mg, ten to fifty times as much, and 400 mcg of folate on top. The tradeoff: no vitamin D, no minerals, no vitamin C, so it is a second bottle rather than a replacement for one.
