What the research supports

Wants mushrooms and standardized polyphenols in one capsule: The grape seed and green tea portions are standardized at 95 and 98 percent, so the bioflavonoid half is properly dosed even where the mushroom half is not.
Takes it seasonally rather than year round: The labelled range runs to three capsules, so one bottle can be run hard for six weeks over winter instead of trickled out daily.
Wants extract fractions rather than milled mushroom: Each species arrives as a full spectrum fraction plus a small concentrated mycelial fraction rather than as whole ground powder.

Look elsewhere if

Runs low on iron: A mushroom formula with no green tea extract in it. 150 mg a day of tea polyphenols binds non-heme iron in the gut, which makes this the wrong thing to take beside an iron supplement or an iron-rich meal.
Wants lion's mane or chaga: A different blend, because neither is in here. The six are sun mushroom, cordyceps, red reishi, maitake, shiitake and turkey tail.

What to expect

Nothing you can feel. This is immune modulation rather than stimulation, and the way it gets used is a block of several weeks through a season, not a daily effect you monitor. Stop taking it if you develop a rash, cramping or loose stools.
