What the research supports

Each half teaspoon is 1800 mg of organic chaga, ground fine rather than extracted. Twice a day is 3600 mg, and the 100 gram bag lasts about four weeks.

There is no established chaga dose in humans, and this is whole milled mushroom rather than an extract, so 3,600 mg a day cannot be lined up against a beta-glucan figure.
