What the research supports

Each capsule is 400 mg of organic chaga, ground fine rather than extracted. Four a day is 1600 mg, and 120 capsules last 30 days.

There is no established chaga dose in humans. This is whole milled mushroom at 1,600 mg a day, which cannot be lined up against an extract stating a beta-glucan percentage.
