What the research supports

Two capsules give 250 mg of Sensoril ashwagandha, the studied dose, alongside 500 mg each of two mushroom extracts. The bottle runs two months.

Sensoril ashwagandha trials use 125 to 500 mg a day for stress.

Stress (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial): Sensoril ashwagandha lowers cortisol and perceived stress scores over eight to twelve weeks of daily use, at doses close to the 250 mg this provides.
Exercise stamina (evidence: mixed, from randomized controlled trial): Cordyceps compounds are thought to improve how efficiently muscle uses oxygen during exercise. Trials disagree, and most use one to three grams, well above the 500 mg here.
Antioxidant intake (evidence: limited, from randomized controlled trial, small human trial): Chaga is dense in polyphenols that neutralize free radicals in lab tests. Almost none of that has been confirmed in human trials at any dose.

Stressed, wired at night, wants one bottle: Sensoril is the more sedating of the standardised ashwagandha extracts, and 250 mg is the amount its trials used for perceived stress.
Already takes mushrooms and wants ashwagandha too: Organic chaga and cordyceps are folded in, so it replaces two or three separate bottles on the shelf.
Wants a daily rather than an as-needed calming product: Adaptogens are cumulative, and 120 capsules is a clean 60 days at the two-a-day label dose.

Look elsewhere if

Only wants the stress effect: A standalone Sensoril ashwagandha at the same 250 mg a day does that job for less, since you stop paying for a gram of mushroom powder you did not come for.
Wants cordyceps for training or stamina: Look for a cordyceps product delivering 1 to 3 grams a day, or a concentrated extract that states its ratio, since 500 mg of whole fungus is under the studied range.
Takes something sedating in the evening: The label warns against combining this with alcohol or other products with sedative properties. Magnesium bisglycinate is the simpler evening option with no such caution.

What to expect

Give it two to four weeks. What people report first is falling asleep more easily and reacting less sharply to small annoyances, not a lift in energy. If four weeks at two capsules a day changes nothing, the dose is not what is holding it back and something else is going on.
