Adding fibre without a gritty psyllium drink: Partially hydrolyzed guar gum is soluble and does not gel, so 3.5 g dissolves into 250 mL of liquid without turning it into sludge.
A plant based eater wanting a full amino profile: Pea and brown rice protein cover each other's limiting amino acids, methionine and lysine, which neither does alone.
Someone who travels and cannot refrigerate probiotics: Bacillus coagulans is a spore former, which is why it can sit in a powder tub at room temperature where most cultures would not survive the shelf.

Look elsewhere if

Anyone using this as a meal replacement: Under 10 g of protein per scoop and no added vitamins or minerals. A proper meal replacement with 20 g plus of protein and a micronutrient base is the right category.
Post workout recovery at 25 to 30 g protein: A plain pea or whey isolate gives you 20 to 25 g per scoop for less per serving. This one spends its scoop weight on fibre and botanicals instead.
Someone who wants a therapeutic probiotic dose: 400 million CFU is maintenance level at best. A dedicated Bacillus coagulans or multi strain product in the billions of CFU is what the digestive trials actually used.

What to expect

The guar gum is the part you notice.
