What the research supports

One softgel is 500 mg of Superba krill oil, EPA and DHA bound to phospholipids rather than triglycerides. The 60 count bottle is a 20 to 60 day supply.

Anyone with a shellfish allergy: Krill are crustaceans. Algal oil gives you DHA and EPA with no shellfish protein anywhere near it.
Vegans and vegetarians: The softgel shell is gelatin and the oil is animal sourced. Algal oil is the direct equivalent and skips both problems.

What to expect
