Why people keep reordering it
- Covers the everyday basics
- Fills the gaps a normal diet leaves behind, so your baseline nutrition is handled.
- Active, bioavailable forms
- Built with the forms practitioners actually choose, not the cheapest raw material.
- Made for daily use
- Gentle and consistent enough to take every day, long term.
Best suited to: someone whose stomach turns on iron tablets, someone who would rather split doses with meals, someone who wants b vitamins above token levels.
What the research supports
Three capsules a day cover a full B-complex plus 15 mg of iron as gentle ferrous bisglycinate. The bottle is a 20-day supply.
Studies use 200 to 600 mg of rhodiola a day.
- Energy (evidence: strong, from randomized controlled trial)
- B vitamins act as cofactors your cells need to turn food into usable energy. Repleting them at these amounts helps most in someone who was genuinely running low, and does little for someone who was not.
- Tiredness (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis)
- Ferrous bisglycinate absorbs gently and skips the stomach upset iron sulphate causes. At 15 mg a day this tops up iron stores rather than rebuilding ones that are already low.
- Fatigue (evidence: mixed, from randomized controlled trial)
- Rhodiola is thought to help the body's stress response system cope with mental and physical strain. Fatigue trials use 200 to 600 mg of a rosavin-standardized extract a day, and results disagree even at those amounts.
- Immunity (evidence: moderate, from randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis)
- Vitamin D receptors sit on immune cells, which use it to regulate their own response. Most Canadians make little through the darker months, and 1000 IU a day keeps levels adequate through winter, more so if you started out low.

Is it right for you
Worth it if
- someone whose stomach turns on iron tablets
- The iron is ferrous bisglycinate and the vitamin C is buffered as calcium ascorbate, the two gentlest forms in common use.
- someone who would rather split doses with meals
- Amounts are set per capsule, so one at each meal spreads the iron and the B vitamins instead of landing them all at breakfast.
- someone who wants B vitamins above token levels
- 50 mg each of B1 and B5, 30 mg of B2 and 35 mg of B6 across a serving are working amounts, not label decoration.
Look elsewhere if
- someone whose bloodwork came back low in iron
- a dedicated iron supplement at a repletion amount, 20 to 65 mg of elemental iron, taken on a practitioner's guidance rather than 15 mg buried in a multi.
- anyone pregnant or trying to conceive
- a prenatal formula, which carries the iron pregnancy calls for and keeps preformed vitamin A inside the pregnancy limit.
- someone relying on a multi for calcium
- a standalone calcium with D3, since 230 mg across a serving is a fifth of a daily calcium target.
What to expect
Bright yellow urine within a day or two from the riboflavin, which is harmless and simply means it was absorbed. Anything else takes 8 to 12 weeks and only shows up if you were short on something to begin with.
How it compares
- Compared with a one a day women's tablet
- Uses ferrous bisglycinate, calcium ascorbate and citrate minerals in place of cheaper oxide and sulphate forms, with real B vitamin amounts and 400 mcg of chromium. The tradeoff: Three capsules a day means a 60 capsule bottle lasts about 20 days, so the monthly cost is well above a 90 day tablet bottle.
