What to expect
The taste hits first. Undiluted this is intensely salty and bitter, so it needs a full glass. Beyond that, nothing dramatic. Some people notice looser stools when magnesium goes above 200 mg, which is the full teaspoon dose, and that is a signal to drop back to a half.

- Compared with magnesium bisglycinate capsules
- Adds 75 mcg of iodine, 125 mcg of boron and the trace element spread of seawater on top of the magnesium, and pours into any drink at whatever amount you want.
