Look elsewhere if

Someone whose issue is dairy: 1,200 FCC ALU is a small lactase dose. A dedicated lactase tablet at 9,000 FCC ALU taken with the dairy itself is what that job needs.
Anyone allergic to latex or to fruits like kiwi, banana or pineapple: The bromelain and papain here cross-react with that allergy pattern. An enzyme blend built without fruit proteases is the safer choice.
