What to expect

Nothing for the first month. Measured skin changes in the elasticity trials appeared around 8 weeks, and the label asks for at least 5 months of daily use before judging joint comfort. There is no acute effect to feel, so consistency matters far more than what time of day you take it.

Same Verisol peptides, same 11.7 g scoop, without cocoa, so the flavour stays out of the way of whatever you mix it into. The tradeoff: Cocoa hides the bovine collagen base better if you drink it plain in water. Vanilla leaves more of that base showing.
