Found ordinary iron tablets hard to tolerate: The 15 mg of iron is ferric pyrophosphate, far less reactive in the gut than the ferrous sulfate most iron tablets use.
Eats dairy and eggs every day: Calcium is 50 mg per tablet and choline 6.25 mg, so this formula is written assuming food covers both.

Look elsewhere if

Wanting one bottle to cover calcium in pregnancy: Add a separate calcium supplement around 500 mg, or three daily servings of dairy or a fortified alternative. 50 mg per tablet is a rounding error against the target.

What to expect

Nothing about a prenatal is felt. The only visible sign is bright yellow urine within a day, which is the riboflavin. Iron and folate status move over months rather than weeks, and bloodwork is the only honest way to check whether it is working.

How it compares

Compared with a standard folic acid and ferrous iron prenatal: Every B vitamin that has an active coenzyme form is supplied in it here, folate as L-5-MTHF and B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate, and the iron is a gentler ferric form. The tradeoff: You pay more, ferric pyrophosphate absorbs less readily than ferrous salts, and the calcium, iodine and choline levels still leave you assembling the rest from food or other bottles.
