Vegetarian, vegan, or avoiding pork

The pancreatin is from pig pancreas, so the vegetarian capsule shell is misleading here. A fully fungal and plant enzyme blend built on Aspergillus protease, bromelain and papain does the same job without animal material.

Chasing fat digestion above all

1,760 USP lipase units per capsule is modest. Look for a lipase-forward enzyme product that states a high lipase figure, and take ox bile or a bile support product if fat is genuinely the problem.

Bromelain and papain come from pineapple and papaya and the label flags latex-fruit cross-reactivity. Choose a fungal-only enzyme blend.

What to expect

Enzymes act on the meal you take them with, so if this does anything you will notice it after that meal, not after a month. Judge it over three or four heavy meals.
