A ten-enzyme blend built around bromelain and papain, taken three times daily on an empty stomach. The 90-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at that pace.

Systemic enzyme use has no agreed dose. It is taken between meals rather than with them, which is the difference from a digestive enzyme and why the schedule matters more than the amount.
