What the research supports

Wants both menaquinones from one capsule: Most products carry MK-4 or MK-7. This is 60 mcg of each, covering the short-acting and long-acting forms together.
Avoiding animal-derived supplements: A vegan capsule, which is not a given with K2 since MK-4 is often put into a gelatin softgel.

Look elsewhere if

Anyone whose blood clotting is being managed: Raise it with that doctor before starting. Vitamin K is the nutrient that management is built around, and adding 120 mcg a day changes the input.
