What the research supports

Each capsule pairs 153 mg of CurQfen curcumin with 84 mg of Turmacin turmeric extract. One to two capsules a day, and the bottle lasts one to two months.

Curcumin milligrams are not comparable across forms. CurQfen is a galactomannan complex built for absorption, so 153 mg here is not the same thing as 153 mg of plain curcuminoid powder.
