What the research supports
Two tablets combine a full B complex with 2.5 mg of PQQ. At one to two a day, the 60-tablet bottle lasts one to two months.
Cognitive trials use 10 to 20 mg of PQQ a day.

- B12 and folate build the protective sheath around nerves and make new red blood cells. The 1,000 mcg here, in absorbable forms, is enough to correct a shortfall in either.
- Nerve comfort (evidence: moderate, from small human rcts)
- Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of B1 that reaches nerve tissue more easily than regular thiamine. Trials on nerve discomfort typically use higher doses than the 100 mg combined here, so expect a modest effect at most.
- Energy (evidence: limited, from animal studies, small human pilot studies)
- PQQ is thought to help cells grow new mitochondria, the structures that generate cellular energy, which in theory could mean more energy day to day. Human evidence is still mostly small trials, so treat the 2.5 mg here as exploratory.

- 246 mg choline and 308 mg myo-inositol are built in, so this can replace a couple of extra bottles.
- has a known MTHFR variant and reacts poorly to folic acid
- Folate is supplied as calcium L-5-MTHF, the pre-converted form, rather than folic acid.
Look elsewhere if
- trying to raise HDL or lower LDL with niacin
- look for a dedicated niacin product with 500 mg or more per dose, taken under supervision because of flushing at that level.
- just wants a cheap once-daily B-complex

- this one uses already-active forms (P5P, methylcobalamin, 5-MTHF) and adds choline, inositol and PQQ that a plain B-complex won't have. The tradeoff: it costs more per tablet, and for most people with normal metabolism the active forms haven't been shown to outperform the standard ones in absorbed effect.
- Compared with high-dose flush niacin for cholesterol support
- the 30 mg niacin here won't cause the flushing that comes with therapeutic niacin doses. The tradeoff: you also won't get any meaningful lipid effect from this amount, so it's not a substitute if that was the goal.
